In fact, the Mol\u00ed d&#8217;Events restaurant, or Es Mol\u00ed d&#8217;En Sopa, has the only working windmill in Mallorca. <\/p>\n<p>It is believed that it may have been built in the mid-17th century, a period in which the first Sopa de Manacor, Salvador Pastor, is documented, whose family dedicated themselves to the trade throughout the 18th century.
