It&#8217;s the best \u201cpicture\u201d of Mallorca on two wheels. And it&#8217;s framed by a <strong data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2879\">UNESCO<\/strong> landscape that you&#8217;ll see: the dry stone walls that terrace the hillsides are not decoration, they are living history.  <\/p><p data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"3017\"><strong data-start=\"3019\" data-end=\"3032\">Tips:<\/strong> Get up early to avoid encountering coaches on the <strong data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3116\">Valldemossa\u2013Dei\u00e0\u2013S\u00f3ller<\/strong> routes. Today is a cycling ritual and a biker pilgrimage.<\/p><p data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3888\"><strong data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3717\">How to fit it in.<\/strong> Base yourself in <strong data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3740\">S\u00f3ller or Lluc<\/strong> and start <strong data-start=\"3743\" data-end=\"3751\">early<\/strong>: first thing in the morning you can enjoy the descent almost alone and climb back up without the heat. Avoid coach traffic peaks.<\/p><p data-start=\"3890\" data-end=\"4089\"><strong data-start=\"3890\" data-end=\"3906\">What to expect.<\/strong> Intertwined hairpin turns, good road surface with a few loose stones, changing light, and views that make you want to stop at every bend. In the background, <strong data-start=\"4045\" data-end=\"4069\">the Pareis stream<\/strong> and the deep blue sea. <\/p><p data-start=\"4091\" data-end=\"4258\"><strong data-start=\"4091\" data-end=\"4106\">Driving.<\/strong> Be patient when overtaking bikes and buses: the road is narrow.
